since the cdm1250 is on the way out , you might want to look at the xpr series of moto radios .

Have to ask why not use a fender NMO mount . I have a 07 unlimited wrangler , that I did fender NMO mounts on .

Moto Trbo 1000 channel capacity ???
Has anyone heard of the xpr6550 or the xpr4550 having 1000 channel capacity . I saw a pdf file at Motorola stating this and a few dealers online have these specs. Would it be a firmware upgrade or just a new version coming out . Or just one big typo .

2007 jeep wrangler unlimited
Has anyone done any Antenna, radio or light installs in the model of vehicle. Looking for info on what antenna mounts to use and consoles that can be used. Or any other useful tips on wrangler installs.
