It is on the receive side. When someone is talking to the receiving radios the audio will spike meaning going from low to full volume hurting peoples ears. The surv kits are from impact radio

Nothing has changed antenna's are new and also splitters are new. Same location for antennas nothing has moved. Problems only once I turned them to cap plus. This is not the same system this is a totally different system.

This is a brand new system they never had radios before. Industry Canada here in Toronto gave us that frequency to use. I have another 3 frequency that they gave us that we can use in the digital format.
