does that radio go down between 440-450meg with any problem, if it does how is the rx quality there ??

is it easy to program into a astro saber a conventional APCO 25 freq to monitor it in the digital mode...what is the process???

I was wondering if anyone here has a VX800/VX900 either one, can it go down to 440megs the UHF version....when you look at the paperwork on them they do not mention the 440meg region..someone said the units can be programmed out of band limits with no problem

problem 1 unit does not transmit in repeater mode,,only simplex...

proble 2 when you put your hands on the speaker mic pinout on the unit where the mic connects there is a carry when the squelch is ...

well i have a saber 1, i have a nmn6128c mic..it had problem with whe i key it, it would unkey sometimes..know motorola sent me a replacement, this one stays keyed, again once in a while.....i called the big M..they want me to send it back and they will check it....if they feel it's not ...

i have a saber 1 UHF,,,,after talking for 30-45mins and the unit get hot the radio drops out of the repeater....is this normal for the sbaer,,,or is it a malfunction.........i noticed this when i was transmitting for about 45mins on a repeater.......do you think motorola would be able to fix ...

i have a saber 1 UHF...welll when i talk on it for about 30--45mins and the unit is hot the radio drops out of the repeater system..i tried this on to other repeaters....the receive on one of my saber's is stronger then on the one with the problem of dropping out...any ideas????

I have 3 saber 1's,,,2 UHF & 1 VHF secure net...they use different pl's and i can combo both pl on rx and dpl on tx,,,or the other way around.....make sure the shop is familiar with the units...if they are not then the can mess it up...

it's possible that you have a defective PL board...from what you say the decode is malfunctioning...is this on all channels
