I would sweep the cabling. If not a cabling issue, what is gain of antennas in use? What is the admit criteria in the subscriber codeplug? I understand that plain digital was not tested on the new cabling and antenna system. Is this accurate? FB

We did something similar to huhundreds of low band ht750s that went overseas around 2007-2009 time frame. We loaded an option board to the HT750 and wrote the board (keyloaded) it with Midians software. Pretty sure it was AES, not sure what flavor. FB

I had similar issues with a cp200d. I had to update the firmware in the unit. Barring that, you will have to drag and drop all the items from one to another. FB

What/which earpiece or headset do you use for the PMLN5712 XPR Bluetooth adapter? Currently, we are using the HK200, but the battery life is only about 4 hours. We tried the HX550, but I cannot get past the password prompt to get the unit paired. Thank you, FB.

It might be as follows: Disconnect the TX and RX modules from the control board. Read each radio module and make sure they are both programmed for ANALOG or DIGITAL, not one on each. This kicked my butt the first time it happened after swapping out a transceiver.............. FB.

I remember in the system planner there being an issue if the programming subnet and ip subnet were the same, then you would lose programming capability after writing the codeplug...... or something similiar.... FB

you need a few UT-3302 from DCB to setup a cheap vpn. It sounds like the repeaters cannot "see" each other. This is auuming that you have enough bandwidth and ports are not blocked. FB

I understand what you mean on the seeing the family issue.........talked them into letting me work 20 days on and 8 days off so I can fly home to FL. 20 days of 12-24 hours a day is serious (yes...I worked almost 48hr straight a few times). Paychecks are nice, but no time to spend it. FB

Batboard, I have been a member here for a while, a big moto geek for 18 years or so. I now work for a large oilfield services company.
