Speaker mic for xts5000/efj

What is the difference between the nmn6193B mic and the 6191C mic? I guess the question should be, what mics can be used on the xts5000/efj radios?
I have the 6193 mic and wanted a spair mic for use on my efj.

Hello,

A battery with impres on it came with a radio I just purchased. The battery is a nntn4437b. The charger is a kit no. ntn7209a model aa16740. Is this charger a impres charger?

If not, can you point me to a place to purchase a impres charger and spare battery?

Sucess!

I moved the spare 99 channel controler to the 99 channel uhf ht600e with the weird mic connector, installed the dtmf keypad, programmed in a 99 channel uhf codeplug and it worked. I still don't know what's up with the different style of mic connector.

MT1000 Controler question

Hello,

I was going to put a mt1000 dtmf pad on a UHF HT600e and found that the connector is different. I have an extra controler from a 99 channel vhf. Is the controler on a 99 channel vhf or uhf? Can I take a controler from a vhf 99 channel and and put it in a uhf 99 channel HT600e?

I purchased a bunch of the connectors and pins to the mt1000 mva power cable. I would be willing to mail you one if you want. You should, however, avoid the pin out on bat labs for the connector. It leads to letting the smoke out.

OK, 174. I looked it up in Mouser and see it's around .110 inchs. That is a little bigger than the stuff in the antenna adapters, but most likely would be small and flexable enough.

Does anyone have a foot or so of this stuff that I can beg borrow or steal?

Need small coax spec

Helo,

I've taken apart a MT1000 antenna adapter to see how it is made and I am using some earphone adapters to make more. I need to get a foot or so of the coax that is used. Anyone know the spec/part number on this coax? It is around the thickness of a pencil lead.

Hello,

I have a couple of P110 radios that I would like to know the tone on. I tried to use the tone scan mode on a icom w32a and was unable to get it. Is there a default tone that folks might have programmed these radios for? Are the PL tones different on the P110?

It's a standard part out of their drawers:

8 AA Battery Holder

"This battery holder holds 8 AA batteries and has a snap connector design for easy installation".

It slides in sideways with about zero clearance. Gutting the old battery case is a PITA.
