Just my GM300 mics doesn't works. Maxtrac mics also doesn't works. I make small research and find out that no proper Positive voltage on the mic's pin # 5. Must be near +9V, but really 0.23V. Your LAB RSS is older than your regular RSS, and it doesn't have the higher powered 800MHz model number in it's .mdf (Model Definition File) database. Therefore, it won't recognize it.
