The Commercial Series radios from Motorola will allow you to enter any DPL code you wish...not that it matters though. As far as i can tell, any possible "non-standard" DPL is the same as one of the the "standard" DPLs. Here's a good reference for DPL info: http://www.open.org/b...

Just my GM300 mics doesn't works. Maxtrac mics also doesn't works. I make small research and find out that no proper Positive voltage on the mic's pin # 5. Must be near +9V, but really 0.23V. I am not sure that it is due the re-programmings. May be anybody face with similar problem? May be anywhere...

Your LAB RSS is older than your regular RSS, and it doesn't have the higher powered 800MHz model number in it's .mdf (Model Definition File) database. Therefore, it won't recognize it. Please connect your radio to PC, run RSS or LAB RSS, open ALIGMENT MENU > TX POWER, toggle PTT (F6) and listen 825.1625 (for e.g with scanner or other conventional radio) for chirp sounds.
