UHF 2?

Like I was saying the radio does not power on, when i turn the power on the LCD screen does not display anything, it makes no noise and none of the lights come on.

I have tried other XTS5000's and I can read them and write to them with no issues with this cable so its something else

When you turn this radio on after it has been locked does it do the "Self Test" or it just does not light up or make a sound at all?
