Trunking Multikey

Hi there I am playing with multikey capabilities in a 800Mhz trunking radio. It seems that I can only strap specific channels/talkgroups to a single key. I was hoping to have mutikey capabilities similar to the conventional side where you can receive on multiple keys and then select the key you wish ...

Re: 05 control head

This is some shots of what I see in the software and what I see on the head. I also wonder where the soft menu items came from when I converted the heads?

05 control head

I am in the process of converting my W7 head to an 05 control head. I have it up and running and it has assigned itself some of the functionality from the W7 but not all that I need. When I look under Radio Config-->Controls-->05 Control Head, it shows me the where I can assign the buttons, but I ...

3.5mm Threaded connectors

Does anyone know where I can find 3.5mm Threaded plugs to fit in the XTS3000 side adaptor. I have looked all over & cant find them, I must be using the wrong keywords. Specifically I am looking for plain plugs in either mono or stereo so I can solder on my own cables

Thansk,

On call / busy light

Does anyone know of a product out there that will monitor the call recorder outputs (voice audio) from a CIE box and activate an ajustable timed light? We want to use this to indicated that the operator is on a call, the reason we want to use the audio lines is so it will work when the operator is ...

Hey guys thanks for the great support on this, I think I may be a step closer to solving this. I tried draging and droping the tree view and it gave an error message syaing that it could only handle 128 zone/channel combinations and that it had to deleted 64 of ours. If I'm not mistaken I think our ...

Problem after back from repair

I'll start by saying we are a legit motorola shop. We sent out a radio for repair and the work order said that it replaced:

HLN6458L, FX Front End 800 & reprogrammed firmware.

Because they reprogrammed the firmware we needed to load our codeplug. This is where we get trouble, the RSS software puts ...

How to record comms?

Hi there I'm new to the Batboard & this is my first post. I'm wondering how I can get both RX & TX audio to the 15 pin port on the back of a astro spectra mobile. I want to record all comms. I was able to get the RX audio there via pin 21 from the ACCY connector on the command board by moving a ...
