I have an APX8000 that I am trying to put MDC alias list in the current radios they use are MT1500. I can export a .cvs file of the list but is there a way to import it into APX? I looked at the import function on the APX and it looks like its just for trunking call lists. Am I missing something? I ...

You are correct I was looking at a top secret code plug. What can I say I learned some good tricks from you. That only works for a single string.

It can be done on a CDM I think you use the PHONE button for it and a single press will send the string of DTMF. I can look at one when I get home from work tonight and tell you for sure. We use it at the Fire House to open the bay door and trip the light out front.

I don't see a setting for that but the volume does match what the knob is set for.

I don't think the SVR200 will do mode stearing so what ever it is on is what will transmit on.

rob posted this for me b4 i joined here. i am still haveing the same problem with the one freq. we have not figuried it out yet. what i have done and it works for now is took the dpl out and run that channel in csq. hope this helps. kevin
