The data from the s-record dump is IDENTICAL to a LEGITMATE WORKING RADIO on the system already in service. How does that data change when you ...

You CANNOT use any radio but one is type accepted for FRS. A FRS radio must have a non-detachable antenna and only capable of a 500Mw power output. I am not sure about GMRS.

The SMARTNET to SMARTZONE firmware that will uplift an H1620/1621 to an H1622/1623 SMARTZONE requires G347, which costs $400. It is not discountable. The $400 is for the firmware kit only, and does not include any labor. Um, last time I checked, SMARTNET and SMARTZONE were not a "firmware" feature....

This unit was made by sound off, but bears the Galls logo.

I contacted sound off, and they will change out the LED module for a nominal fee of $35, which I cannot beat because if I were to buy the 43 LEDs individually, it would cost me over $150. Damn White LEDS.

You have P1 and P2 set as your channel up/down keys. Do those work? If so, don't assign menu/channel up-down to those keys.

The picture is of a CDM1550, but they are close enough.
