CDM750 Out Of Band????

I have a CDM750 450-470Mhz that i need to take down to the 440mhz HAM Bands, whats an Easy way of doing this? I don't have any Lab Software or anything like that, i only have the regular CPS and Global Tuner. Please Help!!

Google is your friend for the "flash grade" tool. Everything else you need is openly available.
