XTS3000 Charger Question

So I just bought a new battery for my XTS3000 and dropped it into the charger and the red and green lights both come on right away and then do a slow blink. ON for few then off and back on for a few. What does this mean

What type of charger? IMPRES? Model#?

You say Red and Green lights both come on. Most chargers only have one light that light either red, green or amber.

Yes both red and green. They are side by side one is in a triangle and the 2nd is a circle.

Yes brand new OEM Moto battery on Motorola charger.

Do you have the older shoe type charger NTN7209A charger, and what kind of battery are you trying to charge with it?
