GM950 VHF sometimes off RX frequency

GM950 VHF sometimes off RX frequency

Hi everyone,

Recently I've spotted a strange issue with my VHF GM950 (with remote control mike). After powering on the RX frequency is a bit off track. Through the squelch I then hear a garbled signal, indicating the set is receiving something, but is off frequency. The I shortly press the PTT and then the received audio immediately is loud and clear.

This is an intermittend issue, and I still couldn't figure out what causes this.

Any ideas?
