Moving bands on MTS2000

I know this has been touched on before, but how do I take my K (146-174) to a J (136-162) I know it's dumb simple, but I'm just not bringing it up ... [color=#8000FF]crs has me [/color]

No such issue with the MTS2000 as all VHF models cover 136-174 MHz out of the box.
