Legacy DS-1994L iButtons

Post by Vizwar »

We're trying to get our hands on some more of the old DS-1994L iButtons to make ASKs for our legacy radio fleet but they're not available from Motorola anymore (it's a different model button for newer XTS/APX etc. and we need MTS/MCS era).

Does anyone have some NIB to sell to a reputable local level agency or can refer me to a retailer? Manufacturer is only selling them in lots of 100 now.

That site is the source for my groups Segway buttons. IF you look through you will see that they supply a variety of types.

DigiKey also sells almost all Maxim Integrated products. If you search DS1994L you'll find them for sale between $10-$13 depending on model of iButton you want.
