Rib Box Pcb
Hey everybody!!! I have a question having to do with PCB design.I am using CircuitMaker 2000 with the PCB program to create a different size board than the one that is listed on this site.It is also going to be double sided to save space.Question is how do I transfer the printout of the PCB tracts to the board.I see both Photo transfer and simpler iron on transfers in varios electronic catolges, but am not sure which works better. If anyone knows of the best way to do this please write back.Any help would be much appreciated...
HI:
Getting into the " Glass Epoxy " Double-Sided, through hole
plated PC boards can be a little of a expensive process.
There are books on this issue, but that is a main reason
most " Experimenters" use a single sided board.
But, in short, make you PC lay out 2X size, and use Edge Markers
so that you can have a negitive for the Top and Bottom Layers.
From there, have a Negitive Size Reduction made to the appropriate
size board you are planning.
Form there, a PC mfg can make you the boards with trrough-hole
plating which will connect both sides, and they will Pre-Drill the
Board as well.
You might just consider getting a Blank Board as not to
make a design which is already works, or if you do not
wish to invest the time, I do have Facotry Motorola Rib
boxes availible.
