Astro Saber on Ebay

I was looking for an astro saber 1 at a reasonable price. All I wanted was IMBE/CAI. I have a great xts-3000 and wanted a backup unit. THis guy keeps claiming that this unit is APCO-25 IMBE.When I asked for a flashcode I got this number 0000040020002. THis unit is flashed for conventional operation and is ASTRO READY. That's it. I advised he may want to change his description. I retracted my bid and he keeps claiming it is IMBE. What do some of you guys think?
