HT-600/P-200/MT-1000 Quick Call???

Yes, all three will decode QCII.

No problem. And if I remember right, the P200/HT600 will only decode 1 A-B pair of tones radio wide. The MT1000 will decode 2 different A-B tone pairs radio wide but you can only assign 1 A-B pair or the other per channel and not both. Hope that helps a little more.
