gm300 scan list program

I did a quick search on this forumn and google and could not find anything. Is the gm300 scan list user programmable, if so, how? thanks.

If it is programmed through RSS as user programable, you would press and hold scan until it beeps (a sec or two). Display flashes on and off. Use mode button to step through channels and then press sel to toggle scan member(a little hash mark means it's in the scan list). Press scan again to exit. In scan mode the horizontal bars show what scan mode it's in ( one should be next to user) press sel again to toggle scan mode types.
