harness part number

Post by Bob »

I'm looking for the part number for the wiring harness for the TDN9816 charger.

It's the brick-looking charger for the Jedi series, with the Pac-RT switch.

Hmm.. My boxy Jedi vehicular charger is a NTN9176B
I can't help with the harness P/N, but I do have the pinout for the harness for the NTN9176B.

function / color / wire size / fuse value
1. A+ / RED / 18awg / 2 amp
2. PAC-RT / WHITE / 20awg / not fused
3. n/c
4. Ignition sense / YELLOW / 20awg / 0.25 amp
5. n/c
6. Ground / BLACK / 18awg / not fused

6 pin Molex (P/N 03-09-1064), with 2 notches in the bottom, and cut corners on top.
If you are viewing the male plug (with male pins) from the pin side, with notches down, numbering is 1-3 L->R on the bottom, and 4->6 on the top.
Lower right and upper center pins are missing.

For anyone else who may be interested, I found the part number.

3080384M04

List price is $10.50. For MY price, it wasn't worth the time and effort to make one from parts.

I think that is the older one for the jedi chargers
The newer one for the impress chargers is 0189599P01

Hello. Has this wiring harness been replaced by another part number? A search on MOL does not come up with a valid part. Also, kinda related, MOL also shows that WPLN4208B is being replaced soon with WPLN4208C. Anyone know what if any changes? Thanks. Henry
