APX 4500

Post by glgruver »

Need part number for male accessory plug pins (J2) for an APX4500. Pin numbers should be the same for several series of radios that use the 26 pin accessory connector. Thanks

What radios do you own?: HT1250, XTS2500, APX6500

J2 is located on the back of the transceiver. Table 7-38 describes the function of each pin. The Male
crimping pin can be ordered, according to the wire gauge for the accessory. Please select part
number 3980034F03 for 22-28 gauge wire and 3980034F01 for 18 to 20 gauge wire.

OK, Thank you very much. Don't know why that info was not included with the installation manual, they listed the extraction tool part #.
