What is Your Favorite High RF Tone Rack Mount Termination Panel?

Post by Birken Vogt »

Just installing a standard TTP at a high RF site. Rack mount.

A lot of the sites we visit have rack mount Vega or more recently, Telex DSP-223 panels installed. But a cursory call to the regular suppliers shows they do not actively sell them.

Should we just go with CPI, IDA, etc. or is it worth the extra hassle to search out something like Telex? Do they no longer market through the wholesalers?

They still show them on their website but Talley and Tessco do not seem to have them as active items. I was wondering why.

Was not aware they sold through distributors. Have you checked with a local dealer? I supplied 10 to a government customer in early July...

Their dealer locator is completely broken. It makes me wary that they are owned by Bosch, like something similar could happen to them like what happened to JPS.
