V24 Option board schema for Quantar Wireline

Hello all,

I'm looking at V24 Option board schema for Quantar Wireline / "CLN1185 - FRU V.24 WIRELINE INTFC.".

Why? because it cost 500$ and I'm a hamradio that could maybe build he's own. I think it's just a TTL to RS232 level converter, as I see TTL signals coming from CPU board. I saw this in maintenance documentation for Wireline, but nothing about V24 Option.

Somebody have this schema please?
