Minitor1 UHF crystal calculation

Post by fineshot1 »

I have an old Minitor 1 UHF with the RF board crystal freq = 18064.8
Pager Model Number AO4EAC2468A and the RF board number = NRE6114AB

Just trying to find out what frequency this pager is on and can not seem
to locate the crystal calculation online and no documentation or SM.

crystal = carrier - 455, divide by 25. Or crystal X 25 + .455 = channel. I get 452.075 mhz. Part number KXN6047A.

Thanks Arlojanis - i will make a note of that calculation and wondering if you know if that calculation applies
for any other models as well. Thanks again

Do not know about many models. The UHF Minitor II crystal is KXN6301AA and is carrier - 45 and divide by 6 or 8 depending on band split.
