Motorola Pager

OK, so I know this isnt specifically about radios but I thought I would give it a shot anyways...

Does anyknow know a source of cheap VHF (148/149Mhz) POCSAG pagers that are relatively cheap and easy to program? I have been asked to source one for a friend and I am not having much luck finding something can be easily reprogrammed.
