Strange blips in Minitor V audio - audio file included

Heres something strange- audio blips when there is traffic on F2
Tell me what you think. i'm thinking its related to priority scan. Only happens when on D
D- Mode- Priority Scan F1
its a 2 channel V SV
Priority Scan F1 ON 0.512

Without listening, I'm guessing it sounds like the proverbial record player needle jumping in the record's groove. If that's what it is, then it's the "lookback" to F1 dead time caused by priority scan on F1 being active. If you change to probability scan it'll go away.
