CDM1250 LowBand convert to 6m Ham?

CDM1250 LowBand convert to 6m Ham?

I recently aquired a really nice looking CDM1250 on VHF 42-50MHZ LOW BAND and would like to convert it up a few mhz to 6m Ham band. Can anyone point me in the right direction? I did several forum searches and didn't see anything unless I missed something.
