How do you put this radio in bootstrap mode

The CM200, CM300, PM400 all contain the same hardware. The PM400 powers up in bootstrap mode when the programming cable with flash adapter is attached and the radio is powered up with the flash adapter's switch is set to the 'flash' position(GTF374B cable and FKN8096 flash adapter).

Mic connector - jumper pins 1 & 3. Also is necessary to place the radio in programming mode.
