IBFS32.dll

CPS Ver 18.00.01 has been purring along and now I get the following error: C:\Program Files/Motorola/ASTRO 25 Products\ASTRO 25 Portable CPS/IBFS32.dll is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error. Try installing the program again using the original installation media or contact your system administrator or the software vendor for support.

I tried doing a "repair" with the installation DVD and ultimately did a uninstall and re-install, however I still get the same error message.

Ideas? Solutions?
