Question - Power Plug on CDM 1550LS

Can anyone tell what polarity is which on the power plug of a Motorola CDM 1550 LS, on the radio side?

On the radio end pigtail the exposed lead should be the positive, and the insulated end is negative.
ON the SUPPLY end, the insulated lead is +12 and the exposed lead is the negative.
That way, when you unplug a radio for any reason, if you drop the supply lead it is unlikely that the insulated +12 V will contact the ground and blow the fuse.
