Not knowing alot about this radio, it looks the same but wondering if it can be changed to the 2500 digital format from a plain analog MT1500?
Thanks

According to Motorola, the MT1500 can be upgraded to handle P25 for between $400-$500, depending on the original configuration of the radio.
