Conventional XTS3k programming

Post by hamop16 »

I just loaded up my radio w/ almost 150ch. When making channel/zone ass., do i number 1-16 or say50-65 in the personality number?
Also, will the radio only scan one 15ch scanlist at a time?
Thanks

Yes, you can only have one scan list at time. Don't feel too bad. Even the XTS5000 still only allows 16 channels in the scan list.

In the zone/channel, channel is assigned one of the 150 personalities you made. Those channels are the 1-16 on the channel knob.

eBay at it's finest:
Me: "What exactly is a 900Mhz UHF CB?"
Them: "A very nice CB at 900Mhz speed!"
