How many different P-25 Smartzone Omnilink 9600 systems will an XTS/XTL 5000 support?
Just wondering how many different systems and keys can be programmed on a single XTS 5000 or XTL 5000?

Re: XTS/XTL SMARTZONE 9600
Somebody else weigh in on this but..
I'm working on a XTL5000 consolette right now. Playing with CPS allows me to have 20 zones MAX. CPS also says I have 1000 channels max too. Going to personality, I can add 45 T/G in the empty personalities. Added to what I already have in the radio, that equals 1000 channels. Don't know if there is a Max number of T/G in the personality starting from scratch though. I can do Type II or ASTRO 25 same numbers. Guess I should also say this is CPS 12.01 Haven't updated to 13.01 yet but I don't think there is a difference on max channels or modes on this update.
This number may be affected by different flashes. Mine is SmartZone, SmartZone OmniLink, Astro Digital and ASTRO 9600 capabile. or 500008-000480-0
hope this helps??

Re: XTS/XTL SMARTZONE 9600
Dave, I am looking to add at least two separate smartzone omni link 9600 systems, One in the 450-460 UHF Range, and a second system in the 406-420 UHF Range.
I am a authorized user for a state and federal system. I wanted to know if both systems could co-exsist (be programmed on the same radio XTS or XTL) with conflicting problems.

Ok... I have 800 here. I don't know what the bandsplit is on UHF XTL but I would think if all of your systems info is within the spec bandsplit it would work the same as any other SZOL....
