GTX Portable HELP!

Post by Big BOB »

I have a GTX portable that had 3 trunked channels in it. I programmed 2 new conventional channels @ 902/927. During programming it shows "r55" is that normal? All the reading and writing seems to go OK, no error messages. Then when I try to use the radio the only thing I have is 3 trunked channels. I have added the Modes. Why are these new channels not appearing on the display or functioning?

Did you enable the new channels?

How do we know the sky isn't really green and we're just color blind?

Yes, the RSS says the Personality Enabled. I even went in and deleted 2 of the trunked channels and now the only channel that shows on the display is "1C". The software shows 10 personalities, one is trunked the others say conventional.

Silly question, But you do know that you use the arrow keys to change the conventional channels?
