XPR4350 with 4 deskmics

I have a customer that has a mototrbo system already in place. They have one XPR4350 Mobile that is strapped to a wall. What they want is to use this one base station with (4) deskmics (1) mic for each desk. What would be the best way to hook up such a request from a customer.....

4 mics in parallel to the rear connector.

Use the deskmic for the CDM, so you don't have strange connector issues.

Cut the jumpers in the desk mics to ensure the mics TX audio is switched (that is if the new style mics have this functionality).

The new style mics are not hot until you key them.
