Alerting tones/Vibrate on 800/900 TRBO portables?

TRBO gurus...

Is there anything available that you all know about (OEM or Aftermarket) that can be intergrated onto the XPR 6380/6580 platform that will give either a call alert tone louder than the stock tone or a vibrate function? Deploying into a loud ambient noise location and now it's a concern. Wasn't when we told them last year. Some users have RSM, most won't use it. Tried to suggest headsets but got shiz thrown at me. Digital Capacity Plus and IPSC being used here. I can't keep up with the third party apps being rolled out so maybe something available with option board?
