XPR 7550 bluetooth disappeared

I have an XPR 7550 that had bluetooth when I got it, but somehow in the last few months the Bluetooth menu has disappeared. Anyone have any ideas on how I can get it back?

So far, the factory has given no explanation on this. The only remedy seems to be to send them to the depot.
