R2600 Extender boards??

This forum exists for the purposes for discussing service monitors (This includes but is not limited to Motorola, HP, Aeroflex, GD, etc). Additional topics allowed include test procedures, interpretation of test results, where to find information about specific tests, antenna VSWR, return loss testing, duplexer and filter alignment, etc.

R2600 Extender boards??

Has anyone tired to build up some extender boards for the R2600?

Years ago you could buy project boards with .1 inch spacing edge connectors pretty easy. I thought I would try to find something similar and add a female socket so I could get to some of the circuitry on the boards for troubleshooting.

Also I would need to makeup some extra long ribbon cables and SMB RF cable extensions.

I have a problem on the A7 high synthesizer board. The 1500 MHz VCO is locked and working fine, but the 1710-2710 MHz side is screwed up.
