Does anybody know if there is a functional difference between the SLN6214A and SLN6435A matching transformers? Or is it just a case of "this one is in a different box, so it has a different number"?

Yes, I bought the 6214s that were on eBay.... but only because I searched for a 6435 for ages and couldn't find one. They were cheap, the seller made me a great offer after putting them on my watch list.
