R-2550 Installing Tracking Generator Option

R-2550 Installing Tracking Generator Option

Hi,

I have a R-2550 service monitor but it has no tracking generator option. Is there anybody advise me how I can install tracking generator in it?

Do I need a special hardware for adding tracking generator or only software issue? I have a broken R-2550 test set (microprossesor board is fully damaged) with tracking generator feature so maybe I can get module from it if it necessary.

The tracking generator is a software option. Contact General Dynamics (Ed Mick) at http://www.gdsatcom.com/cte.php for info.

Thank you for the reply.

Yes, you're right. I found another R-2550 with tracking generator option. I changed it's processor board with mine then tracking generator menu appeared and worked very well.
