Remote IP programming

Hello all,
A while ago someone posted within a thread about something else trbo related detailed instructions on setting up the remote ip programming for trbo... I cant find it after searching.
Can anyone point it out? It spoke about setting up your router on the computer side for allowing two way communication between the repeaters and software.
