Got an interesting question. It seems like the Channel Announcement list is in some sort of alphabetical order. But why oh why, does it not group all "like" announcements" together?! For example I have the following channels in a radio.
PD1-San Francisco
PD1-Oakland
PD1-Albany
PD1-Berkeley
PD1-Emeryville
PD1-Alameda
PD1-Brisbane
Now they should be in alphabetical order, right?! NO! It goes Albany, Berkeley, Emeryville, Oakland, San Francisco THEN to Alameda, etc. The question I pose is WHY?! Does anyone have the answer to this intriguing, for me, question.

From my experience the list is in the order the voice files are added.

Yeah that's what I thought too, but I recently deleted all the voice files and re-did them. I then added them all back in in the alphabetical order they were in the folder in...
