Does anyone have the part number for the latest APX CPS software for the cd and/or download.

Second question

Can anyone confirm if xtl/xts cps be used on a windows 10 computer or surface pro running windows 10.

I dont have the PN for the CPS but I can tell you the XTS/XTL SW works on windows 10. I have it on a desktop and a surface running windows 10 without issue

Latest APX CPS 16.01.01 MOL Part Number RVN5224AK

And XTS/XTL CPS works fine on Win10.
