CM300 low rf out

I have a VHF CM300 45 watt radio with 10 to 15 watts varying output. Is Q100 LDMOS about the only thing that causes this?

That or the driver for it. Problem will be getting it aligned correctly after replacement. Hot air tool is your friend for removal.
