Capacitor with screw mounting holes for line filtering

Post by Birken Vogt »

We have installed some radios in buses with electric doors and when the door closes and the motor runs momentarily locked up the radio powers off momentarily due to the instantaneous current rush which causes a voltage drop blip. We found that installing an electrolytic capacitor across the radio leads solves the problem but we have a bunch we need to do so is there a nice capacitor with screw terminals and mounting points similar to a 70 amp relay or anything like that?
