Convertacoms in 2006?

Post by wkr518 »

Specifically for HT/PR or XTS portables.I have seen the MT series and have not seen any for the above mentioned newer handhelds.Anyone evrr built one for a newer model radio? INput being 5 watts VHF and output needed of at least 30-45 watts to cover some dead spots in a hilly area where 45 watt mobile does get out.And no,the end user does not want a mobile.
Thanks

Sure - the XTVA supports the XTS3000/3500/5000 for sure - I'm not sure if it's supported by the other ASTRO 25 products.

Might be a silly question but can you run an Astro signal through a standard FM RF amplifier?
