CDM1550 LS+ Passport in the way!

Post by motisking »

I am having problems with REMOVING Passport zones in a CDM1550LS+. I have used the PPCPS and the CPS but the radio seems to need the Passport stuff and this blocks access to conventional channels.

Solution

Post by motisking »

Well after playing with the different CPS's I have found the solution. The CDM views the Passport as an option board. It also views the VOICE STORAGE as an option board. So..now the fix. Under the option board settings change the selected ADVANCED & VOICE STORAGE to VOICE STORAGE. And POOF Passport go bye bye.
