Astro CPS 2.0 bug

Post by Jason »

When attemping to enter 12.5khz frequencies (high band) via CPS 2.0, when you try to write the codeplug to the radio, you get: "radio not capable of 2.5khz frequencies, upgrade radio firmware and try again"

When i write the radio with Dos 9.05 with the 2.5 channels, no problems..

UGH!!

Does anyone know if 3.0 or 3.01 upgrade remedies this?

I have 3.01 here, just havent installed yet.. i guess ill be gettin on that. Man, its painful getting used to CPS. It sure would be nice if we wouldnt have to run across this stuff in the field and be in a jam. There needs to be a little better QA on this stuff.
