can you program a mtx 800 in the cps rss also what radios can you program with the cps be sides the ht1250

No you can not program the MTX800 portable with CPS .

The MTX800 is programmed with RSS and is run in DOS mode .

The CPS is a windows run program for HT750/HT1250/HT1250LS/HT1550 portables along with the CDM750/CDM1250/CDM1250LS/CDM1550 mobiles.

If i remember right the CPS for the above also supported a radio like the EX600 or something like that= but not the MTX800 its got its own RSS not CPS.

Im assuming your speaking of the CPS program for the HT and CDM series and the above info applies to that assumption.
