How many channels does the Motorola MTX960 have on trunked and conventional ?

The default radio being shipped does 9 ( the web sit say you can do 10, but one has to be used for trunking). Due to the conv being set as a mode.
Also the radio does 90 odd talk groups
Note:- the catch is that for every trunking personality added, you loose one conventional ( mode) channel.
Note some radio where shipped with pravacy plus and roaming, these do 250 channels.
Also consider a ats2500 (250 channels)
